New Breed of Worshippers

T-I-R-E-D yet S-A-T-I-S-F-I-E-D

we just came back today. touched down at 1pm. we were suppose to reach much earlier but we missed the flight. SIGH. it was our fault as we all forgot to check the time of departure. how careless. oh well, we bought new tickets which cost us a bit. we got home anyway.

we didnt get to see much of bangkok though. as soon as we reach on saturday morning we went straight to the hotel, checked in, changed our strings, had lunch. got some rest and headed for JAI SARMARN CHURCH. the place is huge. high ceiling. cool equipment on stage.

we soundchecked for awhile and soon after that the event started. we led worship and it was great to see people singing their hearts out to God and being so deeply engulfed in His presence. i saw an old european woman jumping n singing. awesome.

transformation was the theme of the event. seems that there was a morning session and we sat in for the night session. the preacher was George something which i really cant recall. sorry about that. but it was a deep message about transformation. basically they were stories of how God transformed people and how they are transformed, also how we should first transform to let God do what He wants to. kinda like preparing the way for God to move.

what really caught my attention, being so tired and dozing off every once in awhile, was when George said how most of the time we call on God just for help and not because we want to draw closer to Him. i think we need to break that mindset of going to God always for help and for things that we want. we need to go to Him because we want to fall in love with Him more and more.

will post more on the trip. will get the rest of the guys to put their thoughts as well.

i am tired. we all are.
